We are so pleased with our experience with Brothers Flooring. From the initial scheduling of our estimate, to the actual estimate appt, and finally the completion of our floors we could not have asked for better service. Angalica, Ralph and Eddie’s knowledge,  experience, and communication inspired so much confidence throughout the entire process and in the end our floors turned out completely stunning. We were so impressed with Eddie. He showed up exactly on time everyday, even working on a Sunday. His dedication, expertise and work ethic is one we haven’t witnessed in a long time. Because of Brothers stellar reviews we originally thought they would come in as our highest bid for hardwood floors but they were not, their price was extremely fair. Brothers Flooring was amazing to work with.  Ralph and Angalica were very accommodating as I changed the scope a few times and they quickly changed the invoice to represent the new scope, more than once.....thanks you two!  The gentleman (Eddie) who came out to do the work was clearly a master of his craft, he turned some ragtag, gouged up floors and turned them into beautiful smooth works of art, this guy was awesome.  Not only was the workmanship fantastic, the customer service was too notch as well, Eddie worked not only on a national holiday but the day after as well when the company had the day off, to finish my floors up so my family and I could move in a little faster.  I could go on and on about what a great experience it was, or include photos so you could see but the photos don't do it justice and really you should just experience it first hand. Our new floors are magnificent! Brothers provided outstanding communication, service and workmanship. Ralph gave us great guidance for the best finish, along with a prompt estimate. Angelica, in the office, was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and Chad, our installer, is an off-the-charts perfectionist and gifted craftsman. Beautiful work. We'll be hiring them again when we build our addition!!!
