I absolutely cannot recommend Brother's Flooring enough! After receiving estimates from 5 different companies, I ended up deciding on Brother's not because they were the cheapest, but because the combination of their pricing plus the compelling opinions they had on my flooring situation were leagues above the rest.

From the moment Ralph (owner) walked into my home, I felt comfortable with him, both professionally and on a personal level. He never once tried to convince me to go with LVP, which is a lot more than can be said for other companies that I entertained. I think most people are pushing a LVP because there must be a much higher profit margin on the install.

When installation day came, I greeted Chad at my door, he had a big smile and he asked me how I was feeling about things. I responded "!@!@#! excited!", he loved the energy and returned it right back to me.

After checking the moisture level of my wood, which I sourced myself, and had erroneously stored in my garage, he determined that the humidity was suitable and he could indeed start the install right away. I asked if the rest of the crew would be joining him later, and he said no! This is a a pretty small job so they only sent him (400sq ft).

Over the course of two days, Chad did an amazing and professional job on my flooring, making me aware of possible issues before he even started, and then putting my worries to rest by accomplishing things without a hitch.

I would recommend Brother's to anyone in Denver looking for a professional, and thoughtful company to achieve their vision.

We are so pleased with our experience with Brothers Flooring. From the initial scheduling of our estimate, to the actual estimate appt, and finally the completion of our floors we could not have asked for better service. Angalica, Ralph and Eddie’s knowledge,  experience, and communication inspired so much confidence throughout the entire process and in the end our floors turned out completely stunning. We were so impressed with Eddie. He showed up exactly on time everyday, even working on a Sunday. His dedication, expertise and work ethic is one we haven’t witnessed in a long time. Because of Brothers stellar reviews we originally thought they would come in as our highest bid for hardwood floors but they were not, their price was extremely fair. Brothers Flooring was amazing to work with.  Ralph and Angalica were very accommodating as I changed the scope a few times and they quickly changed the invoice to represent the new scope, more than once.....thanks you two!  The gentleman (Eddie) who came out to do the work was clearly a master of his craft, he turned some ragtag, gouged up floors and turned them into beautiful smooth works of art, this guy was awesome.  Not only was the workmanship fantastic, the customer service was too notch as well, Eddie worked not only on a national holiday but the day after as well when the company had the day off, to finish my floors up so my family and I could move in a little faster.  I could go on and on about what a great experience it was, or include photos so you could see but the photos don't do it justice and really you should just experience it first hand. Had my floors redone due to water damage.  Eddie did a fabulous job, communication was great.  I was given several colors to chose from directly on the floor. I love the color, the finish is perfect, and there was very little dust . I would recommend !!
